STO got a good price for Domestic sales gas & ethane in the Dec 2018 quarter ie. $313M for 54.6PJ or $5.73 per PJ. In the Sept 2019 quarter they only got $314M for 77.5PJ or $4.05 per PJ. If they had received the same price this quarter as they received in the Dec 2018 quarter they would have received $444M or an extra $131M.
