I suppose it wouldn't matter anyway. You would be suing Santos anyway as they are acting as directors for that company and its in relation to yourself. If the loss has been incurred and it was a class action everyone would be suing Santos as a separate legal entity as the directors are making decisions on behalf of the company. We wouldn't sue them personally, so in effect we would almost be suing ourselves. Haha
