Nopsema EPA dont care about any litigation costs becuase the scumbag labor gov pays for it out of taxes from you and me.
So then we have the ludicrous situation where the judge says the pipe line cant go ahead because that will hurt the natives feelings.
If that happens all hell will break loose and some body will get very very badly hurt.
