Yes, however the term racist works both ways.
Collins Dictionary - If you describe people, things, or behaviour as racist, you mean that they are influenced by the belief that some people are inferior because they belong to a particular race.
Now change inferior to superior
- Australians do not own the land their house is built on, it is leasehold
- Australians do not own the rights to minerals on their land
- Australians do not own the air space above their land
- Australians do not own the sea surrounding their land
