I think before GP and the directors settle on a farmin partner, they should regroup and reacess their collective approach in how the company goes forward from here on.
First and foremost they need to start communicating effectively and often to the SH.
Do all of management have what it takes to move CIG forward?.
Do they have enough of the right people working there?
