Some much needed entertainment on a balmy Thursday arvo here in WA. I would challenge a few more bullet points on last slide.
" Diversified Portfolio" - I would only classify an asset as a "portfolio" if it is generating cash or is being actively developed to generate cash. What we have is a bunch of assets that are un-economic in current market. We wait for market to turn and hope that the "experienced management" don't spend all of the cap raise on overheads!
I can safely say one thing about JRV - I hold majority of my shares and I sleep easy knowing the financial value of those shares isnt much!
