re: Ann: Saputo Announces Improved and Simpli... Correct, it is no different for people who could utilise the franking credits, if you could not it is increased by the .20 cents. Some would say that those that could use the franking credit are now a touch worse off.
It has made it easier for people to understand I guess.
The problem is that if they did get 90% the offer is now worth 36 cents less to someone who could use the franking credits.
To me it says they don't think they will get to 90% and they are trying to get to a stage they are the major shareholder with the power at the bargaining table.
Still see a company split between three major shareholders all wanting a say at the table.
BGA I think is the best option for most I feel, but that is tinged by personal interest.
