Really, everything that pertains to the non-Lion shareholders is academic and probably irrelevant in this instance. We should just sit tight and see what happens on this ride.
We should do pretty well out of this simply because I know for a fact that Lion are not going to let their shares go cheaply, and it is not in anyone's interest to stitch up the small fry shareholders.
We represent such a tiny portion of the value of this transaction that it just wouldn't be worth the hassle of a lawsuit etc. to Saputo to save a few hundred grand by screwing us, when Saputo is a multi-billion dollar company, and Lino Jr is a billionaire by inheritance.
