the $9 million deal values BGH @ roughly 3.87 cents per share. The best part of it is that the cash component is based on the settlement. So a fair offer. If Zeta come back with a $10 mil bid, they are clearly out for the asset...will repackage it and IPO it with new management. Peter Cook to take the helm.
