Hello Michael, I have read your post and see in the footnotes that the terms are different for your plot.
It does say that Sarama will have an effective 65% holding and that presumably you still hold 25%.

Evidently something doesn't sit right with you, however Adelong and Sarama as well as Cosmo apparently feel that there is a deal to be done despite you not being so keen.

Would you care to fill in the facts, please? It is hard not to be emotional in these situations, but are you able to show the reasoning as to why you feel so strongly that you have been wronged, whether that holds legal water, and how is it that you hold some sort of veto against anything occurring, please?
