NFC being our equivilent of a State Owned Company..in China it is called Central Government Owned, and one of the few in China.

NFC have Financing Preferential long term relationships with the following:
China EximBank
China Development Bank
and the Minshing Bank Corp.

I think you,like ORD, and just are to lazy to do your own research, so you pose a question negtively in order to be rebuked, thus getting someone else to provide your info. :)
