    I can nearly guarantee you that KML will not increase production to 16Mtpa in the foreseeable future, unless the price of 66% grade magnetite is fixed at $US120 by the only purchaser Ansteel for 20+ years.

    Unless that happens which is very unlikely, KML will never expand.
