    Little more complicated than that... will they buy the bandwidth at a price that will enable the company to generate a profit. the more bandwidth the easier it is to reach profitability... and yes and no, the research that would have kicked this off would have been based on projections.. and as I've said we're talking about new markets so projections have big margins built in.
