SAS just completed the commercial testing. Expect more announcement to this in the coming months. The 3Diamonds although you can use voice, data and text messaging is not yet viable to use for voice communication because there are only 3 nanosats. I belived the 3Ds are mainly suited for M2M and IOT businesses where they only send bulk of data intermittently say 3 times a day.
