So walk me through how SAS will avoid this same corruption when it builds its ground stations and mircowave repeaters ? or are they going to issue satellite phones and dishes on peoples rooves? and some one please remind me of the cost of a satellite phone... or if the "$1 phone" then the cost and reliability of power in these countries ?
