Don't think this ann will do much to the SP as it's already priced in that the tech will work. However, check out this line - "SAS is now rapidly working towards concluding further binding commercial contracts with other wholesale data operators, some of which have initial agreements in place with SAS, and potential new customers with whom discussions are underway."
