@Syadyppah reality is Australian ASX is too small, risk capital is much bigger in the US. Still early days for another SAS listing, but it is clear where the company wants to head. However, be aware listing requirements for NASDAQ and even NYSE differ greatly from ASX:

Still early days but there are many ways of raising capital, short-term as announced today and long-term as well.

Said it in 2015/2016, will not be surprised if we see some merger activities in this sector, likely to happen before a nasdaq listing I think but let's see how this unfolds - again, many ways to get to the top.
