My thinking is, as the constellation is not that yet, we will need to have contracts over the orbit path of the initial deployment in every zone the Diamonds cover to reach the 9m potential from 3 sats. It could only a achieved at this stage with many take off contracts over the multiple telcos we would no don,t be able to service.
Just my thinking re the total income strategy
