We know that Paratus owns Sat-Space Africa and we know that Sat-Space Africa is using the 3 Diamonds.

So can we assume (yes only assume) that this article is could be SAS testing/in operation?

Also Paratus is operating in 22 Countries.

Any before anyone jumps on this, I am not saying that Paratus is offering SAS services already. I'm just questioning if SAS could be testing with these sorts of customers as they are busy with their expansion plans.
