Is that more then one agreement-> yes

Is a pearl satellite untested -> no

Is Africa the wrong target region because of civil war/curroption? -> I'm sure our African partner will provide SAS management with enough relevant KPIs to make the right decission. (10-30mio$!)

Furthermore SAS is a penny stock. When reading your post, I got the feeling you are sitting on a small chair in the middle of a panic room.

This is just the beginning of (maybe) the big success story.
