I think he was sharing his rationalisation hamster wheel about when to get off the stock.
Basically telling himself contantly that the drill is unlikely to reveal any major recoverable reserves therefore sell out before results. Pretty workable method that has a higher chance of paying off, unless the rig contract is cancelled between now and then.
For me, I'll take some but hang around for a while here.
