My angle is that they have been investing in their current project Equus for over a decade ( about 15yrs). Has 2 TCF and still not producing a sniff of gas. Their mid case for Sasanof net to western gas is between 2 & 3 TCF. Prospect is 7 mid case overall but it is about 40%( from memory) on permits not related to this JV, this 40% will be watching from sideline with a free view at what is beneath which is just how it goes. My main concern is finding the gas and not realising shareholder value as we can't do anything with it ourselves. It is my thought we need to be attractive to predator to make $.
