So, if PRM bought 12.5% of the license holder WG519, in order to have 12.5 of the WA 519 P license, "PRM will acquire a 12.5% shareholding in the company which is the permit holder of the Sasanof project."
Does that mean that PRM owns 12.5% of Western Gas?
"PRM is acquiring a 12.5% shareholding interest in the WA-519-P licence holder, Western Gas (519 P) PTY LTD (WG519). Western Gas PTY LTD (Western Gas) is the major shareholder of (WG519)"...
or just Western Gas as it pertains to the permit area?
