When someone - private individual, partnership or incorporated entity or whatever buys a 12.5% interest in another entity - it acquires that percentage interest in whatever the net assets are of that entity.
So, if WG's only asset of value was what its costs were, associated with the acquisition of the WA519P licence, then PRM would hold a 12.5% share in just that asset. That's accountancy lingo for you - trust you compre?
