Tanbreez, which is presumably the private company in which EUR invested, has only eudialyte. In laboratory conditions rare earths can be extracted from eudialyte, but so far as I know there is not a eudialyte mine in the world with associated extraction facilities. Tanbreez has had an exploitation permit for three years or so, but had minimal cash and needed, by June last year, to lodge a bond for restoration post excavation. My guess is that EUR paid for that bond.

IMO there is no hope of EUR getting a return on its investment. Nobody has shown any interest in financing the start of mining and the construction of processing facilities at Tanbreez.

So the eudialyte has a value, but the value assumes that massive capital is available for its extraction and processing.

The ETM threads discuss Tanbreez at times.
