Possibly so for some parties, best I could point to is Neil’s comments in a previous webinar where he mentioned it’s really up to the particular party involved what extent of study completion they’d require. Some may require something more definitive. But no reason that should be a blocker to signing some offtake at least..plenty of companies do this between PFS and DFS. Probably reasonable to think financiers want to see those in place first too.
