The upside to that is he doesn't get any of his cash bonuses or options - looks like he has struck out on all 5 of his performance targets. Quite impressive - given he even managed to award himself 4 month grace periods on some of the target dates and still qualify for 33% of his entitlement.
These guys have a solid record of missing targets and underdelivering. June quarter always seemed optimistic to me given their inexperience in this game.@Moealara are you only assuming the plant won't be ready by June or do you know something ? I hope for our sake that it is commissioned "this year" as you say
Upside for the many Alara bulls (who seem MIA) is that you should be all hoovering up cheap shares if they announce delays past June quarter. We'll be under 3c again before you know it.
