Inital Capex of about $160 Million is about twice Rocket's estimate.
Ongoing Capex about $40 per tonne of pellets, when added to C1 costs, bumps up the ongoing real cost of production quite substantially.
Underground risks seem high. Remember, there are humans driving the trucks down there.
Still, if pellet prices stay elevated, the next ten years should be profitable.
