The calculations were done on a pellet price that hasn't occurred this low in the past 4 years.
The price of pellets in the PFS is US$107/tonne.
The current pellet price is US$196.10/tonne.
The average pellet price over the last 4 years is US$168/tonne.
The lowest price in the last 4 years was US$110.08/tonne on the 11th Nov 2019
Using the average pellet price over 4 years of US$168/t would give an extra A$2 BILLION in profit
Using the current pellet price of US$196/t would give an extra A$3 BILLION in profit.
Using todays pellet price would result in A$4 BILLION free cash flow.
