Im no geo, but it seems to me that the FAR3 aspect of this build (fresh air ventilation) seems to be the biggest risk in the mine development bringing SN into the main S mine plan.
Once the announcement came out that they were over half way in the boring it looks like the volume came in, as well as the SP rise.
I’m suggesting that WSA sees this as the biggest risk in the restart, and hence are leaving PAN and Entech to work together (without WSA sticking its nose in).
Once FAR3 boring is complete then “normal” mine development activities can resume. Again I’m suggesting that this could be the trigger for a TO to be made announced.
I’m here for a SP increase, and am not emotionally attached to particularly wanting PAN to finish the development of the mine. If it ends up being WSA then you’ve probably made a motza on the way through anyway.
