    With the FAR #3 vent shaft completed 3 months ahead of schedule and Barminco's underground capital development completed well ahead of schedule, it is obviously great news for investors....,

    but this announcement states they have been completed "On Budget".

    One would assume that there would/should have been "significant" cost savings for PAN ....,
