All I can say in all seriousness is that I flagged this bloke is not up to the job and you can expect a cluster f%%k at least once a quarter. Didn't mention that he now has no paste fill going into the mine so that will affect the underground production. Ooops maybe I let the cat out of the bag and he is saving that for next quarters excuse.
