Considering the news, it's holding pretty well so far. A good close here(not just a tick up close but real buying in the last hour or two) and imo it's probably a short term buy at least. The bears couldn't hope for much better news, if they lose the day then that's a sign there aren't many willing sellers left(for now). When stocks can't go up any more on good news or down any more on bad news, that's often the high/low for the move
