Looking at this website reveals company was only established on the 25/11/23. Would be cautious as to who they are and what their motives are. Probably a vehicle setup to pick up the assets from the administrators and being based in the Marshall Islands gives them many avenues to hide true identity. Could be existing holder establishing a new vehicle to pick up the assets and your shares give them something to add to what else they can acquire from people in similar positions of wanting to get out of the stock but limited due to suspension from ASX trading...
