Going back over reports over last few months; it's so disappointing that the red flags for this were in the abundance of pretty pictures of refurbished equipment and optimistic reporting.
Last time I saw that many photos of random equipment, was last year- VEC was trying to pump their acquisition in Africa haha. Playing out with some similarities
