I reckon so. The $95 million component that is being handled by the 3 brokers .....which leaves the balance of $20 million for probably sometime in November if I'm any judge . There is a certain amount of time required for an SPP and the $95 million should be more than enough with current cash reserves to close the acquisition. Just my opinion.
