it wouldn't make any sense whatsoever for Sayona Mining ( Australian Parent ) to BUY another Quebec Lithium Asset. Not only because of the previous rhetoric in regards sovereignty etc....etc.... But also from a Tax regime and Corporate structure point of view. Consequently , I'm going to stick with the part where this acquisition is backed into the Sayona Quebec structure , and which Piedmont is a 25% stakeholder in.......
