The biggest disappointment for me (apart from kicking myself for investing in such a shamozzle) is that management could have copped the BAPE on the chin a year ago - and we would almost be through the whole process by now.

But they continued to gamble, stuffed up their application and kept chasing a long shot.

And no doubt management got their shares for free so they don't really lose like the rest of us.

Probably not worth selling now - sometimes it's better to just hope and pray rather than take pennies in the dollar. Every now and then there is a turnaround story. I doubt SYA will be one of them but one never knows. One big hit in WA could turn things around. But yeah, I'm gutted with how this has turned out and will be paying for it for a very long time.
