SYARD was also not showing in my Commsec account this morning.
I called Computershare to confirm I was eligible (which I was).
I then called Commsec who put me on hold for a while then said refresh and the SYARD should show, which they did.
Apparently they had to manually add the SYARD to my account.
I then attempted to trade the SYARD but received a message that I didn't have enough units.
I logged off Commsec and back on and after about 20 minutes was able to trade the SYARD.
Not very good Commsec.
@drh65@rootaSYARD was also not showing in my Commsec account...
