Court is likely just a formality in my view. It won't go that low again, unless on bad news or very long delays.
I would be highly doubting this run of good news will change much soon. The issue would have to be rather significant at this stage to disrupt the process, but yes, I am speculating. I just I think due diligence has already taken place by now, and as the say, soon the rest will be history.
