I have to disagree with you - i could be very wrong.
But, SYA have just under 10mil according to the last quarterly.
Genuine question - do you have any insight or knowledge regarding how much NAL was purchased for? If so, please share the info.
Where will SYA source the funds, should the purchase price exceed what SYA currently have access to (including any draw down facilities)
I'm leaning towards a possible CR, before any other possible methods (i.e Off take, more credit agreements, corner stone investors, etc)
happy to hear your thoughts.
