Ha ha you Guy's / Girls ....and amateur hour crack me up. And some in an actual funny way.
The other reason is that I definitely do not want to participate in HC stock discussions anymore where the threads have degenerated to such an extent as has SYA these last couple of months.
Apart from that , there is not really much to say that has not already been said by these great posters and obviously many others as well. And of course you all know who you are without mention. Especially @Mojal , but No I hadn't got an itchy finger as you know that there is no FOMO can sway me in either direction on a stock because one always has to do their own research. Besides was it itchy bottom or you know the other. LOL In some posters case , I reckon it was the ' other ' given the sheer number of ' reeking ' posts.
So not taking away from all the great points with regards to NAL carrying the initial CAPEX burden's for Hydroxide conversion on the basis of timing and the staging of reduced upfront costs to PLL .....including shareholders dilution ...so all of that. And these were all great points . So too was the Infrastructure and carbon footprint discussion on the rail verses road train questions being requested in the first environmental responses by Quebec.
And this carbon logistical question becomes even more interesting when you start to discuss the electrification of Road Train fleets as well as Heavy Mining utility vehicle's . Couple of links you below which you can copy paste at your own leisure which highlights some more recent developments and ventures in this Area of Electrification of Larger Vehicles. And we all know what Musk is working on as well in that area.

O.K so those aside here's are my 3 takeaways from the yesterday's Announcement :-
Firstly and in no specific order and in the context of Saona's Lithium Hub strategy , I think it is important to realize the sheer magnitude of what SYA potentially has with regards to TOTAL lithium assets available for future development.
So with yesterday's announcement , Sayona Quebec , with it combined Tansim and Authier Lithium as shown in the below acreages would now have approximately 28.9% or almost a third of what they presently have in regards to their still very vast Pilbara tenement holdings.
10,505 = Authier = 180 claims
15,907 = Tansim = 275 claims
Total Canadian = 26,413 Hectares ( 28.9% of the Pilbara )
Pilbara = 91,300 Hectares ( 913 sq klms )
Including the Yilgarn Graphite SYA's holdings would be 108,300 hectares
My second observations would be that it's not often you can obtain 1 let alone 2 high ranking Operational Executives who you acquire from the actual Mine you are pitching a BID for. So now it would appear they have BOTH the General Plant Operations Manager as well as the COO on board with their BID. And this move folks is not what I would call small potatoes in regards to having most of the Historical Knowledge and expertise of the Operations including those inherent weaknesses which have caused all the problems.
So how many more do they have onboard because back in the March 2020 Quarterly Activities report released 30 April 2020 they actually made this comment :-
" several former NAL senior managers have joined Sayona’s bid support team. "
O.k so my Third and last observations , and probably those best left to last are those which pertain to the specific make up of the Tansim Project 'claims ' or CDC'S including those which are adjacent and to the project down in the South East corner , and which are those obviously of the Lac Simard lithium Project.
So I will start by presenting you with TWO maps of the project with the FIRST one being the one released back on Aug 6th 2020 which shows ALL the claims associated with BOTH the Tansim Project as well as the Lac Simard Li project. The second Map and the one below is the one in which was released to the market yesterday which as you can see have not included those associated with the Lac Simard project.
So my FIRST question would be do they still own these Lac Simard claims or have they lapsed or been disposed of. Not that is is necessary to include them , it's just one of my purposes was to attempt to reconcile their 6th August comments of having at total of 282 claims and 15,998 h.a to that of yesterday's announcement of a total of 275 claims and 15,907 h.a , and a 44 % increase on previously stated numbers.
And the reason for this reconciliation is more a reflection of a positive view in that if they still have the Lac Simard , then they have obviously another 34 claims and another approximate 2,000 additional h.a of Li prospective ground.
Keep in mind as well that they state 90 ' New ' claims , but when you actually count them on the official Map , there is only 89. So we have a difference of ONE in the latest announcement.
Even in their 24 December 2020 announcement stating they had completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in the Tansim Project , they only mentioned 191 CDC's ( claims ) which would then leave a difference of 6 if they indeed just acquired 90 with the actual count being only 89.
So that brings me to my next observation or question which is TWOFOLD , and that is who did they acquire these tenements off of. Was it Exiro Minerals again ? , and why would it be that Exiro would still hold these lowly last remaining 2 CDC's which just happen to represent a possible project area which more or less fits well with other similar deposits. ie the project area just so happens to be roughly half a kilometre by 2 klms' tending North South.
And so I would definitely like to explore the second part of my question on this which is whether these these 2 CDC's may in fact well be the spot where the eventual Project may be located and that everything else has solely been for the one purpose of ' Land Grab ' and bolting on surrounding claims which are obviously highly prospective and may well enhance any known future project. And the reason I would like to explore or have the answers to these questions is because when Exiro made the second offer of Tansim tenements to SYA AFTER Matamec Exploration's original 65 claims , the COO of Exiro , Joshua Bailey was quoted at the time of this second Tansim pickup as saying these sorts of comments :-
...." that he was pleased that to work together with Sayona due to their considerable success with Authier and the Adjacent Tansim Properties , and so he was delighted to be working together to advance this project for the benefit of everyone "
O.K then .....so in the context of his statements at that time .....what does working together mean , and what does for the" benefit of everyone " supposed to suggest given they are still sitting on the last 2 remaining CDC's or claims in the overall wider region.
The final aspect that I cannot seem or have the time to reconcile and where someone here may be able to help in , is these additional 11 CDC's which seem to just appear from the 6th August Map and as against the more current Map of tenements released to the market yesterday. I have noted these claims in BOTH the below Maps for your understanding.
So what I find very intriguing about where these 11 mysterious tenements came from is the fact that not only are they in close proximity to the remaining 2 claims of Exiro , but also they would seem to be in the exact area where it has been previously reported that : A Hydro Quebec 750 kv power line crosses through the forest one kilometre north of the property. So my question would be then is did SYA pick up these 11 extra claims for the purpose of High Voltage direct access ....or even perhaps location of Infrastructure assets like known bridges. Because as you can see by the North South river system , the only way you can get from West to East is by somehow crossing this waterway. In addition it would appear that this area would be more logistically located in accessing the main road or highway heading North East ....which is exact direction you would have to travel in reaching the Authier Project 82 kilometres away.
So Folk's , to me , it looks very much like Sayona and Co. ( ie PLL ) would most likely be thinking that they have a potential ' SECOND ' large scale project to that of NAL sitting deep within the stealthy acquisiton's of the TANSIM lithium Project. Perhaps even Larger. But I guess you would have to ask Exiro right. And they are a Private Company so are not required to publicly disclose these commercial matters if they don't want to.
Anyway apologies for the lengthy post , but there will only be ONE so I had to cram all my thoughts into it. I have what I would call a very small parcel now , and not one which you could likely retire on so best of luck to you all as yo head towards the so called finish line.
