The extension is the submission date which Sayona had no problems with the earlier deadlines. It appears that NAL is looking for a better deal. It does have implication on Sayona's chances.
So much is focused on the NAL. Is this the critical pursue sitting on the critical path? With or without NAL,. the BAPE and exploration in WA should progress. However those 2 activities are also taking a long time and yet to produce any good news. Delays will aggrevate cash flow again and means more capital needs and dilution with no off takers in sight.
