Us lowly SH's can only guess.. with the scraps that are forwarded to us...
Were all forward clauses written into the original version of the Jan 21 offtake...? which would seem careless to moi... & may have given a particular party an upper hand... which explains an item or two...
Or as you say... maybe agreed upon upon NAL purchase... which doesn't quite sit with me for some reason...
What I can speculate is that todays "Summary" of the offtake is not complete at all, is minus previous points outlined and how do I put it.... you just wouldn't summarise it like that unless your hand was forced IMO...
I have plenty more to say... but I'll just shake my head for now...
This is a public company isn't it...
