If Sayona and Piedmont agree to JOINTLY develop
The agreement with the Quebec government is to produce chemicals from year 6 to year 10
If the joint partnership do not proceed there is a fine of $20 million
Ladies and gentleman this is a life of mine agreement which BOTH companies must agree upon to convert to chemicals
Small tip: If spot prices stay elevated PLL will happily pay their share of the fine: $5 million.
