In your analysis did you consider the note about the volume waiver? I believe it addresses your concern with the PFS underlying assumptions in the cost model.
As no one here knows the contractual or implied intention SYA/PLL gave to the Canadian Gov regarding subsequent "joint plant development", we will have to wait and see regarding who out negotiates who in the end.
I hope both companies achieve success.
