But since they claim to have had an agreement with I.Q ....one of the Main Creditor's .....I wonder if they ( I.Q ) are happy to let the low interest and honeymoon quasi Government debt continue as is.......s in part to keep a certain amount of vested interest and managing minority partnering stake from Quebec.
