    Agree with you Oilleak about the fees,

    The way I read it fees are 1.5%pa mgmt + 20% performance fee (outperformance over 0%) + 30k per month admin (approx 0.36%pa on 100m NAV) all exclusive of GST

    So including GST if the fund makes 8% pa investment return the fees would knock off about 3.5%.

    Have I missed anything? That seems absurd. Surely the highest fee structure of any LIC.
