Ann: SB2 Investment Report & NTA Update, page-5

I've been investing in LIC sector for quite a while, and have recently taken a position in SB2.
This webinar from July 2024 was very helpful in that decision making process.
I see the positives as follows:

• The SP is still trading at a significant discount to pre-tax NTA (as noted) despite the recent run up from $0.73 to $0.81.
• Wilson Asset Management continue to increase their shareholding. Now almost 10% of the company.
• SB2 provides great exposure to 24 x quality emerging companies (listed), and exposure to 7 x unlisted companies which are being carried at original book value. Gregg was suggesting that a couple of these companies may IPO in 2025.
