    The largest oppie holders are the largest heads holders.

    so people have to sell oppies or heads to pay 15m for the oppie conversion or just sell the oppies.

    this will keep going over the next 6 weeks or until everyone has sorted out their conversion cash.

    There's no conspiracy.
